1. How do I print my creations?

Currently, you can go to the Edit Module to print your photos. Once you’re done photo editing, you can hit the Save button in the top toolbar, and then find the Print button on the pop-up window. Click the Print button and you will be taken to our print shop.

You can choose what you need from product category, or add more items by clicking Cart -> Add New Product.

In Edit, you can select colors, sizes, or adjust printing faces.

In Media, you check out all your photos or add new ones manually. Click on the photo you want to add to the product. Double click the photo to make adjustments.

Click Product Details below the product image, where you can check the details, materials, and other aspects.

When you finish all your editing, click Cart -> Checkout to make a payment.

2. Where do I go for help when I can’t upload my pics?

Please make sure your image is in a JPG or PNG format. Generally, the photo you want to print in the Edit Module will be automatically pulled through to our print shop. If it doesn’t work, you can upload images manually by clicking Media -> Add Photos in the left menu bar.

3. What do you print?

Currently, we provide 15 types of products, including: T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, phone cases, bags, mugs, canvases, posters, greeting cards, invitations, prints, stickers, magnet packs, photobooks, and calendars. If you haven’t find products you want, drop us a line at support@fotor.com and we will add more choices soon.

4. How do I get an invoice?

After you place your orders, the invoice will be automatically sent to your email, so please check it in your mailbox.

5. How do I change the shipping or billing address on my order?

It may be possible to change the address on an order within the first few hours of the order being placed. Once the order has reached our supplier, however, it may be too late to do so. Please get in contact as soon as possible and we will do our best to help with this.

6. How do I track my package?

We send tracking number information in the dispatch confirmation emails that are sent to customers once an order is shipped. You can check the shipping updates in the shipping company website.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are all acceptable – however we do not accept Paypal.

8. How do I get help when I have a payment problem to pay?

You can use different credit cards and try again. If it still doesn’t work, please contact us at support@fotor.com to see if we can help.

9.What do I do if my piece was damaged upon arrival?
